American Airlines plans to cut 1,500 maintenance division jobs,
including 1,300 mechanics and 200 management and support positions.

When AA took over TWA, what did they do with the TWA maintenance
facility in Kansas City? If it still exists, are any of the job cuts
in KC?

My concern is that when any company whacks the shit out of their
staff, morale drops radically for the remaining ones and do they do
their best work? Most of us are raised to have pride in our
work ,but corporations give no value to that, so staff picks up on
that and respond the same way.
